The FAWEMA Model

The FAWEMA model, premised on tested and proven feminist ideals that arise from the vision and mission, integrates the core values of the organization, and is depicted within the Theory of Change. The model utilizes educationists to inspire change and growth among Malawian girls, boys, men and women. This model serves as the basis for current activities and the road map for scaling over the next five years.
